This post will provide answers to Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU direct entry D.E requirements for medicine and surgery.

Below are the list of  academic requirements that you need to have  before you can be admitted through direct entry into Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).

OAU Direct Entry D.E Requirements for Medicine and Surgery.

• O’LEVEL Requirements 

All candidates must poses a minimum of 5 credits including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry from not more than two sittings.

• A’level Requirements:

OAU accepts B.Sc. with a minimum of 2nd Class Honours in relevant discipline (Sciences).
N/B: As at now, OAU does not accept IJMB for admission into 200L medicine and surgery.

So you can be admitted is you have a good degree in relevant fields.

Please note that you will be invited to write the direct entry screening exam even if you have o’level and A’level admission requirement.
