In this post we will be exposing students to IJMB requirements for admission into IJMB programme. This is because we’ve noticed that most students who want to register for IJMB programme do not have good understanding of what is recommended for them to successfully register for IJMB programme with an accredited centre in Nigeria. In good knowledge, we will be providing answers in this post.
Before we, proceed, we will like to tell you the major benefits of IJMB programme. Below are the major advantages of doing IJMB programme :

IJMB registration procedure
IJMB is an examination body under Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria that conduct IJMB Examinations (IJMBE) at both Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Levels (A/L). The O/Level exam is conducted to remedy deficiencies in English Language and Mathematics at the same level in the NABTEB NECO, WAEC or Cambridge results.
IJMB A/Level EXAM is equivalent to Higher School Certificate, HSC. IN IJMB programme, Students sit for three subjects and on successful completion, proceed to the 2nd year of undergraduate programmes in Nigerian Universities that accept IJMB programme Provided the student makes the minimum required points for his or her course. Students who so not meet up to the point required for their course can also choose other related courses.
IJMBE results can also be used to seek admissions in few universities outside Nigeria.
Below are all the requirements for IJMB registration
Five ordinary level (O/L) credit passes as contain in jamb brochure. This must include Mathematics and English language.
Awaiting result can also apply but O/L result must be available and the end of the programme or before University admission.
Ordinary Level Result be a Maximum of 2 sittings.
Two Passport Photographs is also required for registration but students should come with eight passport on the day of resumption.
A non-refundable form fee of #8,000 (which includes Registration & logistics) is to be payed.
