FUTO Extends MID-SEMESTER Break For 2016/2017 session 

​Federal University of Technology, FUTO extends mid-semester break for the 2016/2017 academic session for further period of three (3) weeks

We are using this medium to inform all Concerned students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and the general public that the management of the institution has extended the Mid-Semester Break which commenced on Friday, February 17, 2017. The extension  which will last for three (3) more weeks will begin from Monday, March 13, 2017.

FUTA mid-semester break is expected to end on April 3, 2017.

The extension was considered by the Management to enable them make adequate preparations for the resumption of academic activities for the 2016/2017 Harmattan Semester.
