- University of Lagos (unilag)
1) UTME:
UNILAG Faculty Of Business Administration Admission Requirements: Any candidate who is coming into the school through jamb must posses:
1) Five O\Level credit in English, Mathematics, Economics, and any two (2) subjects from Arts, Science and Social Sciences
Jamb combination for Business administration:
English, Mathematics, Economics, and one other subject from Science, Social Sciences or Arts.
Note: We can see that all the six courses have the same admission requirements.
2) DIRECT ENTRY:
All the direct entry applicants must also meet up with the O level requirements and also fulfilled the following:
I. Very good passes in three JUPEB subjects: Economics and any other two subjects from Accounting, Business Studies, Government and Geography.
II. Two ‘A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government and Geography.
- University of Nigeria (unn)
DIRECT ENTRY
Two A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounts, Business Management, Government, Geography or Statistics.
UNN accepts NCE/OND/JUPEB/HND.
UNN accepts AIB or three year Diploma or other professional qualifications and HND in relevant fields.
O/LEVEL
Five O’ level credits including English, Mathematics, Economics, plus any of Accounting, Business Methods, Commerce, Government, Geography and Statistics.
As in Accountancy.
- Ahmadu Bello University (ABU)
O/LEVEL
Five ‘0’ level credit passes including English Language, Economics, Mathematics and any other two (2) Management/Social Science subjects.
DIRECT ENTRY
1) Two ‘A’ level / IJMB passes in Management/Social Science subjects one
of which must be Economics.
2) A credit/Merit Pass in ABU Diploma in Accounting, Banking or Insurance.
- Covenant University (cu)
Candidates seeking for admission into any of the 4-year programmes in the Department of Business Management must fulfill the following requirements:
He or she should possess at least five (5) credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) or National Examination Council Examination (NECO) or their equivalents in the following subjects: English Language; Economics; Mathematics or Further Mathematics; any two (2) of Accounting, Commerce, Geography, Government or Business Methods.
The candidate must also sit for the current UTME and obtain the prescribed cut-off mark in the relevant subjects.
In addition, the candidate must pass the screening exercise conducted for all applicants by Covenant University (known as CUSAS) for the Programme.
